Payments are Non-Refundable and Non-Transferable - No Exceptions!!
Payment Policy:
All remaining payments on the day of the appointment are due upon arrival. I accept CASH, CASHAPP ${FILL IN CASH TAG} OR CREDIT/DEBIT CARD PAYMENTS in person. If paying in cash please come with exact change. Artist may not have have change on hand. If paying via Cashapp please add $2. To the remainder balance for associated fees. If paying with a card state taxes will be added to the transaction because this is the law! TIPS are accepted and highly appreciated.
Appointment Requirements:
Please make sure your choosing the correct service and desired time when booking your makeup appointment. If you book the wrong service you will be uncharged for the correct one!! A deposit is REQUIRED to book all appointments. Please come with a clean face. NO ENTOURAGE ALLOWED UNLESS ALSO GETTING SERVICED!
Cancellation Policy:
Please provide at least a 24 hours notice to cancel your appointment. If cancellation is due to the artist your deposit will be refunded immediately to the form of payment you processed with.

If the client cancels the deposit and payment paid will not be refunded. Once the appointment is cancelled the deposit is voided and another deposit will be due to reschedule.
100% of service charge for NO SHOWS, 50% of service charge for cancellation; failure to pay will result in BLOCKING and NO FUTURE SERVICES
Late Policy:
Clients that are late to their appointment are required to pay a $15 late fee. Clients that are late 10 minutes or over appointments are automatically cancelled because this causes a traffic jam with consecutive appointments.
Traveling Policy:
Artist only travels for parties that consist of 3 or more people unless otherwise discussed. I will travel for 1 person but you will be charged at a daily base rate. Artist is willing to travel to any city or location for photoshoots, weddings, birthday parties, events, etc. The travel fee varies and depends on location
but is $80 locally.
Early Morning, late Night, Sunday, Holiday, and Squeeze-In Appointments:
If you desire to book an appointment before 10:00am, after 9:00pm, or ANY time on a Sunday Please book Early Morning & Sunday Makeup Selection. Time selections available for these days will not show available on my calendar if you select any other service options. If you are booking on ANY holiday including but not limited to NYE, New Years Day, Christmas, Valentines Day, Thanksgiving and 4th of July please book HOLIDAY GLAM selection, if you book a regular appointment for a holiday you will still be up-charged for the holiday glam price. If you need an appointment for a date or time that’s already booked up or unavailable on my calendar I have Squeeze-In appointments available ranging from $150-$20, please text 713.825.8103 with your information for me to manually book you!
Wedding/Bridal Inquires:
Please send a very descriptive email to Tatiana tatisangelsfaces@gmail.com including your full name, number, the wedding date, location and number of people in bridal party for a quote on bridal makeup services. You can also just book a bridal inquiry below to be contacted via call. If you just want to book a bridal trial or makeup services for BRIDE ONLY please choose bridal makeup option below.
